What is St. Nick’s LIGHTS?
St. Nick's LIGHTS is a holiday light park at Scottsdale Pavilions. In addition to over one million glowing lights, St. Nick’s LIGHTS also features a train ride, Santa's Workshop, plus food and fun for everyone who strolls through. Come share in the holiday spirit!
How long will the St. Nick's LIGHTS display be up?
St. Nick’s LIGHTS will be opening nightly from November 26th to January 10, 2010. The event hours are 5:30 to 10:00 p.m.
Where is St. Nick's LIGHTS?
St. Nick’s Lights is located in Scottsdale Pavilions, just off the 101 on Indian Bend Road. Signs will be posted locally to help guide you to the park, or you can click here.
How big is St. Nick's LIGHTS?
The St. Nick's LIGHTS display covers nearly 15 acres!
There are a few ways to explore the park. Our shorter trail can be either walked in about 5 minutes or experienced on our Christmas train. The second is a longer walking trail, which takes about 15 minutes to go through at a leisurely pace. Both are included with your paid admission.
What does it cost to visit St. Nick's LIGHTS?
Guests can save money by purchasing tickets online for $8 per person (a $2 savings) or at the gate for $10 per person, a portion of every ticket sale going directly to Phoenix Children's Hospital.
Children ages two and under visit St. Nick’s LIGHTS for free.
How many lights are there?
So many that we’ve lost track! We stopped counting after a million, but invite you to help us complete our tally when you visit.
Is there food available at the event?
Yes. St. Nick’s LIGHTS offers all the goodies you’d want on a chilly winter night: cookies, brownies, kettle corn, and warm beverages. But in addition, Scottsdale Pavilions is the home of a variety of restaurants if you’re looking to sit down to dine (you can see a list of them here).
What is the best night or time to attend the event?
Any night of the week is a great night to visit St. Nick's LIGHTS. If you’re looking for a quieter experience, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings are typically the least busy. But if you’d rather share your holiday spirit with a larger crowd, visit later in the week or on the weekend!
